Proposal Request
Our rates range from $34-$80+ per hour, and depend upon a variety of factors in your service agreement. General administrative services are in the lower end of the range, while web design and writing services are in the upper. We offer a 5% discount for retainer clients, with free hours for referrals - both for the referring client and the new client.

We know how a tight budget can hinder a business from growing or a person from living her dreams, so get in touch and let's discuss your needs. We'll develop a service plan that will meet your needs while respecting your budget and ensuring your peace of mind.

Churches & ministries receive a 10% discount on all our services. Other discounts are available, just ask.

We respect your privacy & appreciate your trust in us. We use your contact details to send you the information you request & to follow up with you about how our services can meet your needs. We do not spam, share your information with your prior written permission, or sell our lists ever.

Payment Policies
We want to be transparent in our policies. We invoice for our services and payment is due upon receipt, unless prior arrangements have been made. Retainer clients are those who purchase blocks of our time in advance to be used as needed. Retained time is usually "on account" for no longer than 90 days, and unused time is non-refundable, unless an agreement has been made in advance. This is why we offer retainer packages starting with as few as 10 hours per month. We generally bill via PayPal for payments. We also accept checks; however, we require a deposit for check clients-no more than 30% of the total project. Any returned item will incur a $30 NSF charge, and all work will be held until payment is received. Any client who has a payment declined will then be asked to use a retainer for all future work. All terms will be clearly stated and agreed to before work begins.
